Kaveau

Cookie Policy

Effective date: 21 July 2026

This page explains what cookies are, whether kaveau.co uses them, and what that means for you.

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how kaveau.co uses them, and what choices you have. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy. If you have questions, write to legal@w-l.group.

1. What Are Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device when you visit. Cookies can be used to remember preferences, track behaviour, or enable certain site functions.

Cookies can be categorised in two ways.

By duration: session cookies expire when you close your browser and hold no information after the session ends. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them manually.

By origin: first-party cookies are set by the site you are visiting. Third-party cookies are set by a domain other than the one you are on, typically by analytics, advertising, or social media providers embedded in the page.

2. Categories of Cookies

Cookies are generally grouped into four categories based on their purpose.

  • Strictly necessary cookies are essential for the website to function. Without them, services you have requested cannot be provided. These do not require your consent under GDPR or the ePrivacy Directive.
  • Functional cookies remember choices you make to improve your experience, such as your preferred language or whether you have dismissed a notice.
  • Analytics cookies collect information about how visitors use a website. Depending on the tool, these may or may not involve personal data.
  • Advertising and targeting cookies track browsing activity to deliver relevant advertisements and measure campaign effectiveness. These almost always involve personal data and require explicit consent.

3. How kaveau.co Uses Cookies

kaveau.co has been built to use as few cookies as possible. Here is the complete picture.

Strictly necessary cookies. The site may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies required for basic technical functioning, such as maintaining a secure connection or handling a form submission. These do not collect personal information beyond what is needed for that session. If you disable all cookies in your browser, the site will still load and function normally for the large majority of visitors.

Analytics cookies. None. The site is prepared to use Plausible Analytics, a tool designed to measure site usage without cookies, without tracking individuals, and without collecting personal data; it is not active at the effective date of this policy. If and when it is activated, no cookie will be installed on your device, no consent will be required for analytics on this site, and this policy and the Privacy Policy will be updated before any data starts flowing.

Advertising and targeting cookies. None. We do not run retargeting campaigns through this site, do not use advertising networks, and do not place any pixel or tag that tracks visitors across other websites for marketing purposes.

Social media cookies. None. We do not embed social media widgets, share buttons, or plugins that allow third parties to track your visit to this site.

4. Third-Party Tools

When you interact with third-party services linked from this site, such as Calendly for call booking, your interaction with those services is subject to their own cookie and privacy policies. When you click through to Calendly, you leave kaveau.co and enter Calendly's platform. Calendly's practices are described at calendly.com/privacy. We do not control the cookies set by third-party platforms once you leave kaveau.co.

5. Your Choices

Because kaveau.co does not use non-essential cookies, there is nothing that requires your consent on this site and no cookie banner is shown.

If you want to manage or delete cookies stored on your device from any website, you can do so through your browser settings.

  • Google Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Cookies and other site data.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Cookies and Site Data.
  • Safari: Preferences, then Privacy, then Manage Website Data.
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions, then Manage and delete cookies and site data.

Deleting or blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect the functioning of this site or other sites you visit.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal to websites you visit. Because kaveau.co does not track individual visitors and does not use advertising or analytics cookies, this signal has no practical effect on how we operate. All visitors are treated the same regardless of whether a Do Not Track signal is present.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if we change the tools we use or the cookies we set. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy, post a notice on the site, and implement a consent mechanism before setting any new cookies.
