Most companies that hire an agency have the same experience. The first meeting is good. The people are experienced and they understand the business. Then you sign the contract and different people continue the work. People you never met.

This is how the model works. The experienced people at large agencies have too many clients to do the work themselves. More clients means less time for each one.

Reuel built systems and closed deals across three continents. He was already doing everything Kaveau does today. The work did not have a name yet.
